Order questions
If your question is about an order you have already placed, include the order reference in your message. That lets us look it up without back and forth. For questions about payment methods or delivery, ask directly and we will tell you which options are available for your location.
Delivery questions are usually about timing rather than the product itself, so a phone call is often enough. If you are ordering from outside Sulawesi Selatan, mention the city in your first message and we can tell you what usually applies there.
